How do I order a piece?
Open a piece to see the details, choose your size and add it to your bag. Prepare an enquiry to review your selection and share it through WhatsApp. This concept demonstrates the ordering journey; no payment or order is processed here.
Can I shop from outside Pakistan?
Yes, the enquiry experience supports local and international destinations, with six display currencies. In a live boutique, the team would confirm delivery availability, shipping charges and any import duties before you commit. Display conversions here are illustrative, not live exchange rates.
What if I need a custom size?
Select Custom in the product details and tell us about your preferred fit or length. The size guide uses body measurements, not garment measurements. A live atelier would confirm the design, measurements and production timeline before accepting the order.
When should I enquire for an event?
Include your event date and destination in your enquiry. Made-to-order production comes before transit time, so the delivery estimator is not a promise of arrival. A final timeline needs confirmation for the piece you choose.
What about returns, payments and the images?
